Computers Everywhere

ANYONE NEED A COMPUTER SUPPLY?

Hello everyone.  We are in the midst of moving every imaginable computer part, and if your in need of one, call Daniel.  Explanation.  Jonathan's brother saves computers and parts, and has had a business fixing, and rebuilding computers.  So we are here to help them clean out and rearrange all the computers, parts, monitors and "stuff" so they can move out to Illinois.  The Lord has given us beautiful weather for indoor and outdoor packing.  It's been fun, although Daniel injured his back so he is in the Directors chair, directing traffic. To be truthful, Jonathan would like to order 2 dumpsters and dump it all.  It is the Roger Young way you know.  Start over!!!!  See you all Weds.

Did anyone see Cranford?  On PBS?  It was such a neat story. I just love how the characters developed, and the emphasis on giving, and kindness.  The gossip part was funny, but not edifying.  Anyway, a great film.

OUR GREAT SAVIOUR

The days that pass:

After such a great Sat. and Sunday I am reminded of the great hymn.  "From every stormy wind that blows from every swelling tide of woes, there is a calm a sure retreat, tis found beneath the mercy seat"  The one thing I wish I could have said it right, as a tribute to our Pastor Taylor.  He taught us the truth in such a way that made me want to Know God better.  And to do this by reviewing the messages, and reading the passages, and thinking over the preached Word.  Pastor Taylor, through the help of the Holy Spirit, gave such a comprehensive and then detailed explanation of the passages that it was clear what the passage demanded: thanksgiving, obedience, and worship.  I went in the church yesterday to pick something up, and it seemed suddenly hollow. So much to be thankful for though: that God is high above the heavens, and yet bends down to hear the cries of the righteous.  And He does make Himself known, and will, because we are His people and the sheep of His pasture, He will lead us in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.  Praise, praise.

The Beach and Starbucks

Now I love to work, but you must admit, the next best thing to mountains is the beach, and you can't have either (if one has the choice) without a brev' wet cappucino from where else?  The weather down here is "cool", but a sunny cool, and the sky is blue and the palm trees are swaying in the breeze.   Jonathan is finally beginning to feel like a person again after 3 months of preparation for the Atlanta International Poultry Trade Show.  He met people from Egypt, China, Thailand, Tunisia (can't spell it).  All of them very interested in our hammers.  There were almost 1000 vendors in the 1.2 million square foot arena.  It was quite a stretch for our little Genesis III hammers Inc.  We were a dot in the arena, but at least there was exposure to the masses, and Jonathan was able to meet alot of people in the industry.  It was more Roger's arena, because he is so good at meeting and talking with people.  All that to say, the sunshine, and some rest will be refreshing especially for my husband, which in turns happifies me.  We truly relished the time with the Tampa Reformed Baptist Church, with Gary Carter giving a challanging and RICH exposition of Revelation Chapter 2.  Oh, it was a feast of the true riches.  We also had the priviledge of meeting Sam Waldron's parents after the meeting.   It was a great consolation in having to be physically absent from Sycamore.  We were so sorry also to have to miss the concert.

The library here in Clearwater is state of the art.  Surrounded by the geriatric crowd, it is peaceful surroundings in here, and computers everywhere geared to those who having the need of magnifed fonts.  The beach is calling us for a walk.   Ciao

THE DAILY LESSONS BEING ACCOMPLISHED

Below is a picture of the homeschooling class.  Today we had math tests and long division lessons. What you didn't see is there are computers all over the place, printers tucked into corners, wires in boxes, papers strewn all over, but progress is being made. i.e. the garbage is out, the floor is swept, the dishes are done, the sun is out, and wow, could I use a nap.100_2077
